Wellbridge Athletic Club - Charles Square offers a variety of year-round aquatic activities, including private and group instruction, aqua aerobics, and swim clinics.

The three walls of windows surrounding our third-floor aquatics atrium provide aqua enthusiasts an opportunity to experience the beauty of New England's changing seasons while enjoying the predictability of an indoor pool.

Fitness / Wellness Programs
Wellbridge offers a variety of programs to facilitate a continued lifestyle of wellness for our members. All members begin their membership with a complimentary initial consultation with one of our Fitness Consultants. This one-hour appointment includes a review of medical history, goal setting and instruction in the proper use of the exercise equipment to meet each member's specific needs. To ensure the safety of our members and to protect our equipment, we strongly recommend that all members take advantage of the initial consultation.

Group Fitness
Wellbridge's group exercise program is designed to provide a fun, varied and safe schedule of classes taught by experienced and motivational instructors. These classes include aerobics, water fitness, studio cycling, and yoga.

One-on-one exercise sessions provided by Certified, Professional Personal Trainers benefit both the individual who has never exercised, as well as the professional athlete. Personal Training is available for an additional fee.

Pilates
Pilates will transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. Founded on the work of Joseph Pilates, the Pilates method builds strength in the core muscles of the body without building excess bulk thereby creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. The Pilates method teaches body awareness, good posture and movement. Pilates improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion and can help alleviate back pain and stress.
