Over the past five years, small group training has proven to be one of the most successful workout strategies one could have. The commitment of a personal trainer may not be for everyone, but in a small group you still have the benefits of a personal trainer along with the motivation and camaraderie that comes from working with others.

Our groups typically range from 4-8 participants, and then it’s all about pushing yourself to reach your individual goals, aided by the knowledge of our expert staff. A little friendly competition may help as well, but the focus is on having fun and getting fit. Even though we’re talking about groups, it still comes back to you.

Bootcamp

Challenge your mental and physical toughness all at the same time. Bootcamp will get your heart rate up through challenging exercises and obstacles.  Bring a friend and prepare to get dirty.  Backpacks for carrying various equipment required.

TRX Suspension Training®

Designed by the Navy SEALs and widely used in Pro Sports, TRX® works for all levels. Utilizing bodyweight and angles, TRX will give you the full-body workout you are looking for. Turn your body into a machine! Classes are offered Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Women on Weights

Learn the basics of resistance training using machines and free weights. Class is geared for all fitness levels to comfortably progress. Classes offered on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Kettlebells

Learn basic kettlebell movements, then progress to advanced functional exercise. Kettlebell's dynamic resistance is used to focus on core strength and functional fitness.

FitExpress

FitExpress is a 12-week accelerated results program conducted in a small group setting featuring 3 weekly cardio and resistance training workouts led by a Certified Personal Trainer.
