Welcome to the home of Colorado Athletic Club-Boulder's premier Pilates studio! Our certified instructors are passionate about helping you reach your full potential through personal Pilates sessions and semi-private Pilates group classes. So, what exactly is Pilates? The method was developed by health guru Joseph Pilates and is a specialized form of resistance training performed on unique spring-loaded machines (such as the Reformer and Chair) or floor mats, often with props. One of the unique aspects of Pilates is that it can be adapted to meet anyone’s needs, from the first-time exercisers and those rehabbing an injury, to the professional athlete looking for a challenge.
