This is an invaluable opportunity to get advice from an expert, plus learn the correct way to use each piece of equipment. In addition, the club offers a complimentary fitness program for all club members. Fit in 15 is a 15-minute exercise program that covers four different fitness exercises and is facilitated by one of our Personal Trainers or Fitness Coaches. Each workout includes exercise instruction with BOSU Balls, the Exercise Ladder, Gliding Discs, as well as other total body conditioning elements. Offered Monday through Friday throughout the day.
