Make the most of our group or private tennis lessons that we offer to both juniors and adults, and our overall programming is unlike any other in the city.

Our clinics are designed with the player in mind, as we believe the player has the greatest advantage when there is a low student to instructor ratio. There are classes that allow any student of any age to enjoy one of the best lifetime sports. That includes those crazy talented juniors who can get started with toddler tennis at the age of 3 and move all the way up to our elite programs for those looking to be ranked nationally before college. Your son or daughter will learn everything from basic strokes and footwork, to strategy and modern stroke technique.

TENNIS DESCRIPTIONS

CARDIO TENNIS – Cardio Tennis is a new, fun, group activity, featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout. Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases.

DRILL & PLAY – Open to all levels, this class uses different skill specific drills to improve your game strategically, physically, fundamentally and mentally.

USTA TEAM PRACTICE – Only for our USTA Team Members, this drill involves strategy specific drills to improve your game mentally, while also working on the fundamentals of the game.

QUICKSTART TENNIS – A drill for those who have never played the sport before or are interested in picking it back up! This drill teaches proper grips for each stroke and how to move properly to the ball.

DOUBLES STATEGY – Play and learn advanced doubles with this clinic. Introduces strategy and court positioning while learning how to think on the fly during points.

FRIDAY AFTERNOON CLUB – Free event using fast paced drills for a fun and energetic time. Instructors play in and keep people moving! Happy hour pricing at Café afterwards.

10 & UNDER TENNIS – Played on a 60ft court using the lower compression orange ball, this program bridges the gap between the smallest court and the full sized tennis court. Juniors enhance tennis specific skills, are introduced to point play, and prepare to move into pre-competition skill development.

12 & UNDER TENNIS – Played on a 78ft Court using lower compression Green Dot Balls, This program uses the full size court with to introduce juniors to the higher level of a full sized court. Juniors continue to develop proper strokes and movement, while learning the strategy behind full court competition.

14 & UNDER TENNIS – Played on a 78ft court using Yellow Balls. This program introduces our juniors to the yellow ball, and introduces them to all the strokes necessary to have for high school competition. In this time they will learn singles and doubles strategy, how to properly construct a point.

18 & UNDER TENNIS – Played on a 78ft court using yellow balls. This program helps players develop their own unique style of play while preparing them for future matches and high school play.

TOTS (AGES 3-4) – This 30-minute drill uses fun and creativity to introduce young kiddos to the wonderful sport of tennis! Using balls, and junior racquets we will help develop hand-eye coordination, as well as work towards our end goal of hitting the ball over the net without any assistance.

HITTERS (AGES 5-8) – This 45-minute drill will help develop fundamental skills while teaching ball movement and control! Using fun and exciting drills, this drill will have your kids wanting more and more each time!
