Junior Basketball

Basketball Specific Skill Development Training for rising highschool freshman through seniors.  A comprehensive 8 week program including cardiovascular and weight training specific to basketball and a nutritional consultation.  A great way to help get that competitive edge to make your school team or to take your game to the next level. Coached by Raymond Brown and Brett Stanley. 

:: Wednesday and Fridays, 4-5:30PM 

:: Saturday supervised Open Gym play, 1-3:00PM

:: Members: $850 per participant for the 8 week program

:: Non Members: $ 975 per participant for the 8 week program
