A Pilates workout is one the most efficient ways to tone and lengthen your entire body. In addition, it can improve your posture, increase your flexibility, and help prevent injury in other sports and fitness endeavors. In fact, Pilates was originally developed as a method for physical rehabilitation. Since its inception in the early 20th century, it has gained popularity with athletes, dancers and average individuals looking to improve their overall health and wellness.

The Concourse has a full list of Pilates classes to choose from, from Private, Duet and Small Group training classes and is staffed with a team of professionally Certified Pilates Instructors who are educated in safe and effective Pilates training methods. Proper form and execution is important in almost any exercise, but it is especially critical in this specialized practice. Under the guidance of our outstanding teachers you will learn the fundamentals of centering, control, flow, breath, precision and concentration. Build upon this knowledge in our free Mat classes, or push yourself to the limit with our challenging Reformer classes (fee applies).

Because of the advanced technical nature of Pilates equipment, Members are asked not to operate it without the supervision of an instructor. We also require that members participate in a minimum of 3-private sessions prior to joining any of our group training sessions.  New Members and New Clients are invited to try out our Introductory 3 session package to ensure you'll enjoy your sessions safely and get the maximum benefit from your efforts.
