Let’s assume that group fitness classes are your favorite way to stay in shape or get you on the right track…actually, let's stop right there. The group fitness program at Concourse Athletic Club is so exceptional, we’re positive you’ll have a fantastic time and an amazing workout even if you don't normally participate in classes. The Club boasts three separate group fitness studios with Atlanta’s finest instructors and a class schedule guaranteed to keep you coming back for more!

With just over 80 classes per week, the Concourse Group Fit schedule has something for everyone. Check out Fitness Quest for a full 60 minutes of calorie torching circuit work. Enhance your mind/body connection and enjoy a Yoga or Pilates class; you will feel lengthened, strengthened and relaxed. Short on time? Get your workout done in 45 minutes with TurboKick®, INSANITY®, X-Press Abs, KettlebellCardio or Strength classes. Of course, we offer Zumba and Barre. And lastly, don’t forget about our daily Spinning® and Aqua Fitness classes.
