Our core-centric classes called Cardio and CorePole, X-Press Abs or CORETENSITY will get your abs toned from top to bottom. TurboKick combines intense kickboxing moves with dance, and wraps it up in a high-energy, choreographed session. Of course, we offer Zumba so you can get your aerobic fitness and interval training taken care of to the sound of pulsating Latin music.
