Group Exercise continues to be the single most important factor that keeps members coming to Maryland Athletic Club day after day. The diversity of programming and the social component of meeting your friends to exercise, as well as meeting new friends who exercise, makes it easy to fit right in.

Our group exercise schedule is as diverse as our members. We offer classes to increase your strength, improve your flexibility, and challenge your cardiovascular endurance. Spinning, Yoga, Pilates, TRX, Cardio Core, Extreme Intervals and Zumba only begin to highlight the many classes offered every week.

In addition, our specialty classes and workshops are designed to give you some added individual attention,  no matter if you’re a beginner, advanced, or are seeking a specific type of training.
