Body Pump and Cycling Class Reservation Policies

In order to handle reservations for all Body Pump and Cycling classes, Sports & Wellness has adopted the following policies. These guidelines will allow us to handle various issues in an efficient and fair manner. 

• Reservations for classes can be made at any time on the day prior to the actual class (for yourself and one other person only). For example, a reservation for a Wednesday evening class may be made anytime on Tuesday.

• Pick up your boarding pass from the front desk when you arrive at the club. Place your pass on your equipment so the instructor can easily see it.

• Spots will be held for people with reservations until class is scheduled to begin. If you are not set up and ready to start at the beginning of class, people on the waiting list will be allowed to take spots in numerical order. It is critical that you arrive for class on time to set up your equipment because it is important to participate in the warm-up. It is also difficult for the instructor to manage equipment availability after class begins.

• Help us reduce the amount of no-shows. If you have a reservation and are unable to attend, you must notify the front desk before class begins. When there is limited availability, it is common courtesy to cancel reservations to allow others to attend and enjoy a workout.
