Get in gear with our Studio Cycling program. It doesn’t matter if you simply want an exhilarating workout or if you’re training for a century ride or your next triathlon; the group cycling studio at Downtown Sports & Wellness will help you prepare until you enjoy the inevitable burn. 

Rain or shine, our certified instructors are the best in Albuquerque when it comes to endurance (longer duration drills with emphasis on sustained tempo riding), cadence (focus on developing smooth, efficient pedal stroke at different resistance levels) and power rides (higher resistance work combining speed and strength, with a focus on quad and hamstring recruitment as well as core stability). Remember, what you learn inside will only make you better outside

For those who are just beginning, please let us know. We are happy to do personal bike fittings, consult on a start-up plan, and make sure that you know the lingo in order to make your ride more invigorating from the very first rotation. Consider this your invitation to try one of our many weekly classes. These are free for Members and we always welcome first-time visitors. See you on the saddle.

Century Club Training
Has completing a 100-mile bike ride been on your bucket list, but you're not sure if it's possible? Let us help make this a realistic goal for you.
