Junior Sports Training
:: Take your child athlete to the next level
:: Improve reaction time, speed, flexibility, and strength
:: Fast twitch muscles, plyometrics and core development
:: Instructed by highly skilled sports specific trainers

Mighty Mites
:: 30-minutes of exercise and fun for kids ages 3-5
:: Children must be potty trained or wearing Pullups
:: Complimentary class
